Our Mission
In today’s world, every sport has evolved into a dynamic game that demands speed, skill, and creativity.
Our mission is to provide each athlete who joins our program with the opportunity to elevate their speed, strength, and power in their respective sport.
This will be accomplished through a personalized 5-week speed and strength program, designed to focus primarily on helping athletes become faster and more powerful in their performance.

How It Works
Northern Performance Training is excited to offer a 5-week speed and strength programs for high school aged high-level athletes in the Edmonton area this summer!

Program Includes:

2x per week speed, strength, and power training (Monday and Wednesday)

Personalized program tailored to individual goals

Small group training sessions for focused development

Full access to all necessary workout equipment, including sleds, parachutes, resistance bands, etc.

Training led by professional and collegiate athletes, offering expert guidance and insight from those who have competed at the highest levels
