Diego Cuglietta
Diego is a seasoned professional hockey player with an impressive background. He served as Captain at Lake Superior State University, where he not only led his team but was the top scorer of the NCAA Division I 2018 season. Over the past six years, he has made his mark professionally, securing multiple one-way AHL deals before joining the Texas Stars. Additionally, Diego showcased his talent at the Dallas Stars NHL camp and most recently plays in Europe and has represented the Italian national hockey team.
Throughout his career, Diego has had the privilege of working with some of the top NHL strength and conditioning coaches, gaining invaluable insights into advanced training techniques and athlete development. With a wealth of experience across multiple levels of hockey, Diego is now focused on sharing his expertise to help the next generation of athletes excel. He is committed to developing not only strength, agility, and endurance, but also the mental toughness needed to succeed in competitive sports. Diego’s goal is to empower young athletes to unlock their full potential and guiding them toward success.
Teryn Williams
Teryn is a passionate and driven coach with a wealth of experience across multiple sports. A former Division II softball player and team captain at Lake Superior State University, Teryn brings a unique blend of leadership and athletic expertise to her coaching career. During her time at LSSU, she earned a degree in Recreation and a minor in Kinesiology, which has provided her with a solid foundation in understanding the intricacies of human movement and sports performance.
After her collegiate playing career, Teryn transitioned to coaching, where she has made a significant impact across various sports, including softball, volleyball, and track. Her diverse coaching background has allowed her to develop a comprehensive approach to athlete development, ensuring that each individual receives specialized guidance tailored to their unique needs. Teryn’s experience coaching multiple sports enables her to blend techniques, strategies, and insights from different disciplines, enriching her coaching methods and helping athletes excel.
Nikko Cuglietta
Nikko is a dedicated athlete and coach with a proven track record of success both on and off the field. He began his soccer career with the Inter Association and quickly rose to prominence as one of the top soccer players in Alberta. His impressive skills earned him a full-ride scholarship to the University of Alberta, where he played an integral role in leading his team to a national championship victory. Nikko was also recognized as one of the top scorers in Western Canada during his time at university.
In addition to his accomplishments as a player, Nikko has applied his expertise to coaching. He has organized several soccer clinics to help young athletes hone their skills and has also coached an elite men's volleyball travel team. Drawing on his diverse coaching and playing experiences, Nikko is committed to providing athletes with the tools, knowledge, and confidence they need to reach the next level of their careers.
