Diego Cuglietta

Diego is a seasoned professional hockey player with an impressive background. He served as Captain at Lake Superior State University, where he not only led his team but was the top scorer of the NCAA Division I 2018 season. After obtaining a bachelor's degree in History and Exercise Science, Diego went on to play professionally. Over the past seven years, he has made his mark professionally, securing multiple one-way AHL deals before joining the Texas Stars. Additionally, Diego showcased his talent at the Dallas Stars NHL rookie & main camp, and most recently plays in Europe and has represented the Italian national hockey team.

Throughout his career, Diego has had the privilege of working with some of the top NHL strength and conditioning coaches, gaining invaluable insights into advanced training techniques and athlete development. With a wealth of experience across multiple levels of hockey, Diego is now focused on sharing his expertise to help the next generation of athletes excel. He is committed to developing not only strength, agility, and endurance, but also the mental toughness needed to succeed in competitive sports. Diego’s goal is to empower young athletes to unlock their full potential and guiding them toward success.
